We fabricate mooring, travel and storage covers, tailored to your craft.

Due to the high demand of our workshop we will not be able to book any full boat top or bimini fabrication until further notice.

Image One Home & Cottage has been fabricating boat covers for over 30 years. All of our covers patterned directly off your boat to ensure the best fit which means that we will need your boat to visit us for a short while. All our boat covers are fabricated with Sunbrella or Recacril fabric & binding, 20 gge UV rated window vinyl, YKK marine zippers.

Mooring Covers: A cover for your boat while moored at the dock. Snap application on the gunnels makes it easy to put on as you exit the boat. Canvas is elevated with vented support poles to alleviate water pooling but not too high to catch wind.

  • Cockpit cover: Snapped at the top of the windshield and goes straight down to the stern with a vented support pole in the center. Bow cover is separate.

  • 3/4 cover: Snapped in front of the windshield, up and over the windshield and straight down to the stern. Conceals the cockpit. Some boats are not designed to accommodate this style. Bow cover is separate.

  • Stem to Stern: One whole cover that follows the snaps around the bow over the windshield and down to the stern.

  • Playpen covers: Pontoon mooring covers are either snapped all around the fence.

Travel Covers: A cover for your boat while trailering on the road. Fastened with a combination of a perimeter chinch cord and reinforced double tabs with grommet hole for tie down support to the trailer.

  • Tailored to fit tight to the boat to help prevent the fabric from flapping too much.

  • Reinforced on all pressure points to reduce wear on the boat as well as the top.

  • Sits low to the body, preventing wind buffering.

  • NOTE: Not recommended for mooring since it is too low to shed water and not secured tightly to the body like snaps can to prevent water pooling.

Hybrid Covers: We can combine the ease of application with a snapped mooring cover with the trailering ability of a travel cover.

  • Snapped around the perimeter plus reinforced tabs with grommets for tie down support.

  • Vented support pole slightly higher than on a travel cover but lower than a mooring cover.

  • Slightly less tailored to the frame to grant room for height.

  • NOTE: Still not recommended for long distance highway travel.

Storage Covers: A total boat cover that is raised high, supported with "T"bar frame and hangs low and loose past the gunnels. It gets tied down to the trailer at reinforced points.

  • Fabricated with lighter weight, sunfast fabric to help deter snow accumulation.

  • Hangs low at the sides of the boat to prevent excess fading from the sun.

  • Never store your canvas & window plastic wet.

Always roll your window plastic and not fold it.

Once a season lubricate all snaps & zippers

Only a storage cover is able to hold back the weight of snow

Clean your windows with Klear to Sea or other vinyl specific cleaners.

Clean Sunbrella with 303 cleaner. Cleaning your canvas will remove it's waterproofing so you will have to reapply with 303 Fabric Protectant .
